NAFSA designs and manufactures ELECTROMAGNETS FOR LIFTS AND ELEVATION SYSTEMS IN GENERAL
LIFTS AND ELEVATION SYSTEMS
We develop customised electromagnets for different types of lift component applications.
ELECTROMAGNET APPLICATIONS FOR LIFTS AND ELEVATION IN GENERAL
Electromagnets and magnetic devices are commonly used in the following types of lifts and elevation systems:
- Lifts
- Goods and service lifts
- Industrial lifts
- Reduced mobility lifts
ERC RANGE
High mechanical performance open-frame linear solenoids. Optional spring return.
ECH RANGE
Linear electromagnets with high mechanical performance in a circular shape. Optional return spring. IP40 degree of protection.
ECR RANGE
Industrial linear solenoids with a double winding. When voltage is applied to coil 1 or 2, the movement towards the corresponding side is made. The power of each coil can be customised on request.
ELECTROMAGNETS FOR GOODS AND SERVICE LIFTS
Our electromagnets are frequently used in goods and service lifts, both on cabin doors and for general and emergency brakes.
The fail-secuer system is normally used on lift car doors, so the doors always remain closed until a solenoid receives an electrical current, creating a magnetic field to open the doors, which close again as soon as the current is removed.
Another application is for lift speed governors: when a particular speed is exceeded, the solenoid is activated and the lift stops.
