A good end product starts with a detailed analysis of the physical operating conditions. Our engineering team works alongside the customer’s design department to calculate the right magnetic circuit and force curve.
Electromagnetic holding magnets sized for each system
At concept stage we design electromagnetic holding magnets and holding solenoids matched to the holding force and thermal behaviour each system requires. Working this way from the start reduces later adjustments and shortens time to market for new machines.
